Our Story

Iron Workers was founded by Gary "Beaver" Beaverson, drawing on decades of hands-on experience across the construction, mining, oil, and gas industries.

Gary started his career as a rigger, learning the job from the ground up and building a deep working knowledge of site operations and fabrication before moving into construction management. His career has taken him across major projects in Australia and internationally, including operations in Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, and China.

That background shapes how we work today: a no-nonsense, delivery-focused approach grounded in real-world challenges rather than theory. We've stood on the sites we now help others manage.

Today, Iron Workers is a full-service consultancy firm spanning construction management, Primavera P6 scheduling, cost control, estimating, and business development. We work with T1 and T2 contractors, mining operators, and engineering firms across Australia, delivering quality outcomes from early planning through to commissioning.
